This program is uniquely designed for U.S.-based youth sports camp operations (i.e., those attended by campers 19 years of age and younger) or sports clinics held at premises that are not owned or maintained by the sport-camp operator.

Coverage includes important liability protection for the camp or clinic operator, including coverage for employees and volunteers, for liability claims that arise from its operations. The program also comprises medical payments coverage to the camp or clinic participants. Coverage is provided on an annual basis and applies only to camp sessions that are reported to the Company.

Amateur Teams, Leagues, and Associations

This program is designed for U.S. teams, leagues, clubs, and associations conducting youth or adult amateur sports activities. Coverage provided under this program includes important liability protection for the organization, including coverage for its employees and volunteers, for liability claims that arise from its operations.

For eligible sports and age groups reported, covered operations consist of Scheduled, sanctioned, approved, organized, and supervised practices, Tryouts, Clinics, Games, Playoffs, Tournaments in which your organization participates or hosts.

Coverage is also provided for Registrations, Meetings, Concession-stand operations, Parades in which your organization participates, Picnics, Award banquets, Ceremonies and incidental fundraising activities involving the sale of products, coupons, raffle tickets, and services (e.g., car washes, bake sales, and coin drops for reported sports and age groups.

Amateur Adult Soccer

This insurance program is uniquely designed for U.S. teams, leagues, clubs, and/or associations conducting amateur adult soccer sports activities. Eighty percent of the total number of participants must be 18 years of age or older, and 100 percent of participants must be at least 16 years of age.

Amateur Sports Tournaments and Events

This program provides short-term coverage for a single amateur sports tournament or event. Coverage under this program includes important liability coverage for the U.S.-based organizations conducting the event(s), including coverage for the employees and volunteers, for liability claims that arise from its operations.

Sports Instructors

This insurance program has been specifically designed to meet the unique needs of a U.S. based sports instructor directly supervising an individual or a group engaged in sports-related skills.

Cheer Gyms

This program has been designed for U.S. based cheerleading gyms specializing in the instruction if cheerleading, dance, tumbling, trampolines, and related programs. Coverage provided includes important liability protection for the gym, including its employees and volunteers, for liability claims arising out of its operations.

Martial Arts Programs and Schools

Martial Schools and Programs
This insurance program is uniquely designed for U.S. martial arts schools and/or other organizations that specialize in martial arts instruction. For eligible martial arts schools/programs, coverage extends to the ownership, maintenance, and/or use of the premise(s) reported to the Company as well as to your “Covered Operations.”

Martial Arts and Self Defense Instructors

Martial Arts and Self Defense Instructors
This insurance program is uniquely designed for the needs of U.S.-based martial arts and/or self-defense instructors who work as independent contractors and train individuals in martial arts and/or self defense. This includes self-defense instructors, law-enforcement/security-defense-tactic instructors, and/or martial-arts instructors.

Dance Programs, Studios, and Instructors

The Dance Schools & Program is designed for U.S.-based dance schools and other organizations specializing in the instruction of performance and social dance. Coverage provided includes important liability protection for the school or organization,including its employees and volunteers, for liability claims arising out of its operations.

The Dance Instructor insurance program is specifically designed to meet the unique needs of a U.S.-based dance instructor directly supervising an individual or a group engaged in dance activities.

Walk/Run Event

This program is uniquely designed for U.S.-based organizations and/or groups organizing a walking and/or running event. Coverage provides important liability protection for the organization, including coverage for its employees and volunteers, for liability claims that arise from its operations. The program includes medical payments for participants (on an excess basis) for those participating in the event.

Gymnastics Facilities

This program has been designed for U.S.-based gymnastics schools/club specializing in the instruction of gymnastics, tumbling, cheerleading/dance and related programs. Coverage provided includes important liability protection for the school/club including its employees and volunteers, for liability claims arising out of its operations. Applications will go through an underwriting review. When submitting your application, please allow up to 15 days before your requested effective date for this process.

Youth Day Camps

This program is uniquely designed for U.S. youth day-camp operations (i.e., those attended by campers 19 years of age or younger) with programs dedicated to activities other than sports-related skill development. Click on the links below to learn more.

This insurance program has been specifically designed for entertainers and performers who work on an independent contractor basis entertaining at local fairs, festivals, special events, private parties, convention or tradeshow booths. Coverages provided under this program include important liability protection for the performer for liability claims arising out of their operations.

Bands & Performing Groups

This insurance program is specifically designed for US based bands and performing groups who work on an independent contractor basis entertaining at events and performances. Coverages provided under this program include important liability protection for the performing group for liability claims arising out of their operations.

Concessionaires, Exhibitors & Vendors

This program is designed for the concessionaires, vendors and exhibitors who are selling, displaying, demonstrating or promoting their products or services, on a short term basis at special events, malls, shopping centers, tradeshows, consumer shows, or a location that is away from any owned or long term leased premises. The insured operations can be conducted from a kiosk, booth, cart, trailer, tent or an outdoor area.

Short-Term Special Events

This program has been designed for organizers of short-term special events that meet the following criteria:

• Total attendance is 12,000 or less
• Maximum number of consecutive event days is 10 (not including set-up or tear down)
• Event is held at a single location
• Event must take place in the United States
